Aaron has been with Say Yes Cleveland since 2023, starting as a Family Support Specialist before moving into his current role as Director of Strategy & Operations. With experience in education and nonprofit settings, Aaron brings a perspective shaped by frontline work and organizational leadership to turn Say Yes Cleveland’s vision into practical plans and systems that support the people doing the work every day. Aaron’s professional background gives him a unique understanding of how organizational decisions translate into the day-to-day experiences of staff, students, and families. He uses that perspective to build systems and strategies that move Say Yes Cleveland from vision to impact. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies from Miami University and an MBA from Ashland University.
